Talladega Fiberglass Warranty
Talladega Fiberglass, hereby warrants, as follows, all materials and workmanship used in fender construction of Talladega Fiberglass, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from date of original date of retail purchase. Talladega Fiberglass warranty is limited to normal use and not resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.
NOT COVERED UNDER THE TALLADEGA FIBERGLASS WARRANTY:
1. Installation, removal, rigging or de-rigging.
2. Maintenance cost for parts and labor.
3. Finishes affected by climate and use conditions beyond the manufactures control, including spider webbing, chalking, fading , crazing and otherwise changing in color or paint and gel coat finish.
4. Negligence do to improper maintenance such as, improper fasteners, loose fasteners or improper installation.
Warranty repairs-procedures:
If a defect in factory materials or workmanship is decided by Talladega Fiberglass, to exist as outlined in the Talladega Fiberglass limited warranty, then Talladega Fiberglass, or an authorized Talladega Fiberglass dealer at its option may repair, replace or adjust the part to correct defects related to normal use as outlines in the Talladega Fiberglass limited warranty.
The Talladega Fiberglass fender must be shipped back to the factory or an authorized dealer. Transportation cost will be at the purchaser’s expense. Talladega Fiberglass is not responsible for towing road service or any other transportation charges.
